The airport is connected to the Berlin city motorway, the A100, and the A111 north, with well-signposted exits.

There are car parks located beneath and around the terminal; P1, P2 and P5 are for long-term parking and PK is for short-term parking.

Transport:
Road: Taxi: Taxis are readily available outside the terminal. Bus: The Jet Express Bus (tel: 11861) nos.128, 109 and X9 run to underground stations in Berlin, for connections to the city’s subway transport system, as well as connections to the overland S-Bahn trains at Jungfernheide, one stop from Jakob Kaizer Platz on the U7 line. A service also runs to city centre destinations, including Unter den Linten and Französische Strasse, with connections to the U9 underground train at Turmstrasse, and ending at Alexanderplatz. Money and communications: The airport offers banking and bureau de change facilities open 0600-2200, ATMs and a post office. Eating and drinking: There are two snack bars, a bistro and a restaurant (on the third floor) Shopping: There are a variety of shops at the airport.
