Driving Directions:
From the centre of Naples, take the Tangenziale (bypass) road towards Capodichino and turn off at the exit marked Secondigliano/Aeroporto. From Salerno, take the A3 Salerno – Napoli motorway. To reach the airport from Benevento or Avellino, take the A16 Bari – Napoli motorway. From Caserta, take the A1 Roma – Napoli motorway.

Car Parking:
There are six car parks at the airport with a total of 1213 spaces. The car parks are located along the main entry road to the airport. P1 is for long-term parking and P3 offers short-term indoor parking. P2, P4 and P6 provide short-term open-air parking. P5 offers a car valet parking service with 28 spaces available. Cash or credit card payment can be made at the automated tills in front of the Arrivals area or at the P1 car park.

Transport:
Road: Taxi: Taxis are available from outside the Arrivals area. Bus: ANM bus no. 3S departs every 15 minutes and runs to Napoli Centrale railway station, arriving at the port of Naples (Piazza Municipio); tickets may be purchased at the Sunstore shop in the Arrivals area. Alibus shuttle buses run approximately every 30 minutes to Napoli Centrale railway station and then to Piazza Municipio in the centre of Naples; tickets may be purchased on board.

Money and communications:
A bank and a post office are located on the right-hand side of Terminal 1, very close to the terminal building. ATMs are located in the Arrivals and Departures areas of Terminal 1. There are bureaux de change in both Departures and Arrivals. Four Internet points are available on the first floor and in the Departures lounge, equipped with monitors, keyboards and web-cams. Eating and drinking: There is a selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and snack bars at the airport. Shopping: Shops are concentrated in the Galleria Napoli, on the first floor of Terminal 1. There is a duty-free shop in the Departures lounge. The Sunstore newsagent and gift shop is located in the check in area. Luggage: Trolleys are available throughout. A 24-hour lost property service (tel: (0)81 789 6766) is available. Other facilities: A Red Cross medical centre is located in Arrivals, with medical assistance available daily 24 hours.

Business:
The Telelink Internet Centre (tel (0) 81 789 6749) is situated on the first floor and offers a wide range of services including Internet, PC with Office, photocopying, scanning, telephone and fax facilities, and videoconferencing. Meeting rooms are available on request (tel: (0)81 789 6259; email: meeting@gesac.it), with equipment, catering and a variety of executive services available. There are also several VIP lounges.

Hotels:
The Charming International Hotel (tel: (0)81 231 1180) is located very close to the airport and can be reached on foot or by taking bus no. 3S. The three-star Millennium Hotel (tel: (0)81 595 5406) is also located very close to the airport and can be reached on foot or by taking buses nos. 3S or 15. The four-star Holiday Inn Napoli (tel: (0)81 225 0111) is located 2km (1 mile) from the airport and can be reached using the complimentary shuttle bus provided by the hotel.

Disabled:
The airport is well-equipped for disabled travellers. There are ramps both inside and outside the terminals and pavements have been widened to accommodate wheelchairs. For visually impaired passengers, there is a pedestrian crossing with sound signals. Two call buttons outside the airport enable those needing assistance to contact a staff member and there are help points within the terminals. Two lifts for disabled passengers are currently being installed in the Departures hall; at present, disabled passengers can use the lift in the Arrivals hall.
