Driving Directions:
Drivers should take Carretera (highway) Cancún–Chetumal until the Km 22 exit, and then follow signs for the airport.

Car Parking:
One car park is available at Terminal 1 and one at Terminal 2; both are open 24 hours a day. Car parks are patrolled by a security service.

Transport:
Road: Taxi: An official taxi company provides individual and group services from the airport. Taxis can be paid for at the airport just after the Arrivals hall. Bus: There is no bus service from the airport.

Facilities:
Money and communications: ATMs are located throughout the terminal buildings and there is a bureau de change in both terminal buildings. Post boxes are located at Terminal 1 in the FBO building and in Terminal 2 by the main entrance. Eating and drinking: The airport has a variety of fast-food outlets and restaurants. Shopping: There are a variety of gift shops at the airport. Opening hours for all facilities depend on flight operations; opening hours are generally 0600-2200.

Business:
Meeting areas can be booked at the FBO building next to the Terminal 1 building (tel: 998 886 0183; fax: 998 886 0189). The FBO building offers a lounge area, VIP room with a large table for meetings, Internet access and car hire, and limousine and hotel booking services.

Hotels:
There are no hotels at the airport. The Moon Palace Resort (tel: 998 881 6000) is a ten-minute drive from the airport near Carretera (highway) Cancún–Chetumal (direction Riviera Maya). The Westin Regina (tel: 998 848 7400) is in the city’s hotel zone and is a 15-minute drive from the airport on Boulevard Kukulcan.

Disabled:
There are ramps at the airport where necessary and wheelchairs are available upon request. Disabled toilets are currently being installed.
