Driving Directions:
From the Hook of Holland, approach the airport by following the E25/A20 towards Utrecht. At the Kleinpolderplein junction, take the A13 towards The Hague and follow signs for the airport. From The Hague, follow the A4 towards Rotterdam. At the Prins Claudsplein junction, take the A13 towards Rotterdam and follow signs for the airport. From Utrecht, take the A12 towards Rotterdam. At Gouda, take the A20 towards the Hook of Holland and then take the A13 towards The Hague at the Kleinpolderplein junction. If coming from Breda, take the A16 towards Rotterdam and take the northern ringroad at Terbregsplein. At the Kleinpolderplein junction, take the A13 towards The Hague.
Car Parking:
The airport has three car parks, P1 (long-term), P2 (short-term) and P3 (long-term). P1 can be found to the left of the terminal building, P2 is in front of the terminal and P3 is located to the right of the terminal building. P1 and P3 car parks are recommended for stays of more than eight hours. Drivers should pay for parking at ticket machines located in front of the terminal building before they collect their car.
Transport:
Road: Taxi: The taxi rank is located in front of Arrivals; taxis accept all major credit cards, as well as the international cab charge card. Bus: Bus no. 33 operates to/from Rotterdam Central Station (journey time: approximately 20 minutes). The first bus leaves the Central Station at 0553 Monday-Friday, 0705 Saturday and 0905 Sunday. The first bus leaves the airport 0550 Monday-Friday, 0645 Saturday and 0845 Sunday. The last bus leaves the Central Station 0015 Monday-Sunday and leaves the airport 2355 Monday-Sunday.

Airport facilities: Money and communications: There is a bank in the transit hall, where passengers can exchange money and use ATMs; the ATMs can be used 24 hours a day. There are also telephones in the Arrivals and Departures halls. Eating and drinking: The airport has two restaurants, including one self-service buffet in the Departures lounge and a restaurant with a panoramic terrace in the transit hall, open Mon-Fri 0700-2200. Shopping: The Rotterdam Airport Shop located in the Departures lounge offers an extensive selection of products. In addition to travel necessities and gifts, the shop also sells perfumes and other cosmetic items, china, crystal, jewelry, books, clothing and other luxury goods Luggage: There are left luggage facilities in the Arrivals hall. Other facilities: Internet facilities and a baby lounge are located in the Departures lounge. There are luggage lockers in the airport’s transit lounge. The Rotterdam Airport Lounge is located in Departures and can be accessed by passengers with a valid ticket issued by their airline. This lounge is also included in the Priority Pass Program. Individuals can buy an access card at the entrance to the lounge (EUR18.50). Free drinks, snacks, newspapers and magazines are provided.

Conference and business facilities: The airport has a conference room (tel: (0)10 446 3444) for approximately 30 people; the room has an overhead projector and is open 24 hours a day. The Rotterdam Airport Hotel (tel: (0)10 462 5566) is within walking distance of the terminal and also provides conferences facilities. A wireless Internet service, telephone, fax and e-mail facilities are also available in the Departures lounge.
Hotels:
The Rotterdam Airport Hotel (tel: (0)10 462 5566) is located 600m (656 yards) from the terminal building. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Information about other hotels in Rotterdam or The Hague can be found through the Rotterdam Tourist Board (VVV) (tel: (0)10 402 3200) or the information and help desk in the airport's transit hall.
Disabled:
The majority of airport facilities are located on the ground level and are easily accessible. The restaurant and promenade on the mezzanine are accessible by lift. The airport has automatic doors, lowered kerbs, disabled toilets and lifts. Wheelchairs are available on request for use at the airport.
