Driving Directions:
The airport has excellent connections to the motorway network due to its proximity to the M1 and M42, bringing the airfield within easy reach of the major population centres of the Midlands.

Car Parking:
Parking for more than 4,000 cars is available at the airport. The short-stay car park is directly opposite the terminal. Long Stay Car Parks 1 to 4 are within walking distance from the terminal. Long Stay Car Parks 6 and 7 are situated further away from the terminal than the other car parks, however a regular courtesy shuttle bus will take you to the terminal. Park 6 can also be used for up to 60 minutes FREE of charge to pick up or drop off passengers.

Transport:
Train: The closest railway station is East Midlands Parkway, which is 4 miles (6.4 km) away. Another railway station is Nottingham. The Skylink bus connects this station with the airport every 30 minutes, seven days a week.
Bus: Skylink branded bus services operate to and from Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough and Coalville. Nottingham, Derby and Loughborough buses pickup at the rail stations serving the areas (but not at East Midlands Parkway).

Facilities:
Money: ATMs are situated in the Arrivals area of the main terminal building. You will find several Travelex offices throughout the airport.
Shopping and bars: You can also make their last minute shopping and a drink after passing the security check and the arrival terminal.

Business:
The Executive Lounge provides access to Internet, phone and fax.

Hotels:
There are several hotels near the airport.

Disabled:
Disabled Facilities: Disabled parking spaces may be found in the short stay car park. They are located between 150 metres from the passenger terminal. If you choose to park in the long stay car parks, a fully accessible coach service will transfer you, free of charge, to the terminal building.
Wheelchairs are available and adapted toilets. There are also first aid rooms.
