Driving Directions:
Jacksonville International Airport can be reached from the centre of Jacksonville by taking the I-95 to Airport Road (exit 127-B), and taking the westbound signposted route to the terminal. Road access from Georgia and St. Augustine is also via the I-95.
Car Parking:
The airport has a daily parking area, 3 long-term economy parking areas and a garage. Visitors to the airport wishing to pick-up travellers can park in the airport garage for up to 30 minutes free of charge. Apart from the garage, which is located next to the terminal, all car parks are served by a free 24-hour shuttle bus to and from the terminal. All parking areas accept Mastercard and Visa and are open 24 hours a day. The expansion of the parking garage has now been completed, creating another 2,400 parking spaces.
Transport:
All services depart from the lower level of the terminal building next to the baggage reclaim area. Road: Taxi: Gator City Taxis is the official taxi company serving Jacksonville Airport. Express Shuttle (tel: 800 394 0116 toll free USA and Canada only) is a minibus service which will take passengers anywhere in Florida or Southeast Georgia. A one way fare to Jacksonville is about US$10. Passengers wishing to use this service should go to the Express Shuttle booth in section no. 5 of the middle kerb outside the baggage reclaim area.
Facilities:
Money and communications: ATMs and courtesy telephones are available on the lower level after baggage reclaim and on the upper level before the security checkpoint. Telephones are available throughout the terminal; pre-paid phone cards are available on all concourses. Postal facilities, including a stamp machine, post box and FedEx drop box are situated in the Business Centre, on the upper level. Eating and drinking: There are numerous bars, coffee shops, restaurants and snack bars on the upper level courtyard and concourses. Shopping: Newsagents and gift shops, luxury gifts, a bookshop, a convenience store, a leather shop, a sunglasses shop and a PGA golf shop; shops are located on both levels. Luggage: Damaged luggage, lost property and lost pets services are available. Trolleys are available for a small fee. Lockers are available in the Business Centre, on the upper level courtyard. Other facilities: Massage and shoeshine facilities, a 24-hour florist, a 24-hour chapel, a meet-and-greet service and a video games arcade.

There is a Laptop Lane business centre at the airport and the Clarion Airport Hotel & Conference Center (tel: 904 741 1997) is also located within the airport grounds and provides a customer service desk in the baggage reclaim area.

Disabled:
The airport has facilities for disabled customers. Passengers with special needs should contact the airline they plan to fly with to arrange assistance. Wheelchairs are available and there are disabled toilets on all levels and concourses.
