Driving Directions:
From central Nashville, take the I-40 east to Nashville International Airport and then take exit 216A.
Car Parking:
Short-term, long-term and economy parking is available; the short-term car park is located just east of the terminal. There is a courtesy shuttle service to/from long-term and economy parking; the daily shuttle service begins at 0330 and ends 45 minutes after the last flight arrives; passengers should allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle service.
Transport:
Road: Taxi: Taxis leave from just outside the passenger terminal on the ground transportation level. Bus: Buses, limousines and hotel/motel shuttles can be found on the ground transportation level entrance to the Terminal. Callboards for hotel/motel courtesy shuttle services are located both on the baggage reclaim and ground transportation levels of the passenger terminal. All public transport facilities are located on the ground transportation level of the passenger terminal.
Facilities:
Money and communications: ATMs, bureau de change and bank facilities are all available. Eating and drinking: There are speciality restaurants, snack bars, cafés, coffee shops, an ice cream bar, fine dining room and grill room. Shopping: There are gift shops, a PGA tour shop and newsagents. Luggage: Trolleys are available 24 hours from locations throughout the terminal, for a fee. Other facilities: There is a children’s play area and a meditation room.
Business:
The Business Service Center is located on the ticketing level of the passenger terminal near checkpoint C/D; facilities include fax, photocopier, bureau de change and travel agency services, as well as computer and business workspaces. Parcel delivery services are available across from the Welcome Center on the baggage reclaim level.
Hotels:
Nearby hotels include the Marriott (tel: 615 889 9300), Hampton Inn & Suites (tel: 615 885 4242), Holiday Inn Express (tel: 615 883 1366) and Wyndham (tel: 615 889 9090), all five minutes' drive from the airport, as well as the Sheraton Music City (tel: 615 885 2200), which is a ten minute drive.
Disabled:
The airport is physically accessible to disabled passengers, but travellers should notify their airline in advance if they require assistance to/from the aircraft. TDD phones are located on the baggage reclaim level, on the ticketing level, on Concourse A near gate A2, on Concourse B before gate 6, on Concourse C to the left of gate C-10 and on Concourse D opposite gate D-8. Free parking is available for all vehicles displaying disabled ID.
