Driving Directions:
From Virginia and Richmond, take I-95 North to I-395 North and take exit 10 (GW Parkway South) to the airport exit. From Manassas and other westerly locations, take I-66 East, Route 110 South to Route 1 South, then on to the airport exit. From Maryland, Baltimore and Prince George's County, take I-95 South over Woodrow Wilson Bridge, take Route 1 North, then on to the airport exit. From Washington DC, take I-395 South, then GW Parkway South onto the airport exit.
Car Parking:
Car parks B and C provide hourly and daily parking; car park A provides daily parking and is also used by car rental agencies. Pedestrian bridges with moving sidewalks connect car parks B and C to terminals B and C respectively. The economy car park provides long-term parking, with a free shuttle bus service to all three terminals. Hourly parking is intended for a stay of less than two hours; daily parking is intended for a stay of one or two days.
Transport:
The Metrorail light-rail service for destinations throughout Washington DC stops at Terminals B and C. Taxis to Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland are available at the exits of each terminal. Bus: The Metrobus stop, for services to city destinations not served by the Metrorail, is located at the base of the Metrorail station. There is also a SuperShuttle door-to-door service, which takes passengers to their requested destination, stopping at Union Station.
Facilities:
Money and communications: ATMs are located in all terminals. Customer service centres located in terminals B and C provide bureau de change facilities, insurance, fax, photocopying, notary and other services. Eating and drinking: There is a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés. Shopping: There is a dry cleaning shop, newsagents, gift shops and other retail outlets.

Fax, photocopying, notary, insurance, currency exchange and other services are provided by customer service centres (tel: 703 417 3200 or 417 3201) in terminals B and C, open 0700-2100 daily.

There are no hotels located on site. Nearby hotels include the Hyatt Regency Crystal City (tel: 703 418 1234), Crystal City Courtyard By Marriott (tel: 703 549 3434) and the Hilton Crystal City (tel: 703 418 6800). Many nearby hotels operate shuttle bus services to/from the airport; hotel listings can be found at the hotel telephone centres in Terminal A or the ground transportation information counter in the baggage claim area of Terminal C.
Disabled:
The airport has lifts, disabled toilets and TDD telephones. Skycap porters can assist disabled passengers and wheelchairs are available on request. Disabled parking is available in all car parks.
